“I just wanted to thank you all so much for the amazing experience I had getting my wedding dress from Love Story Bridal! From the moment I walked in (like a rabbit in the headlights!), you made me feel so welcome and relaxed as I was so nervous about trying on dresses. Steph simplified it for me so much by having me choose whatever stood out to me at the time and encouraging me to try on different styles to decide what it is that I wanted (and didn’t want!). It was just a relaxed experience and I did not think I would find ‘the one’ after trying on just 3 dresses!
The teams knowledge and expertise was so reassuring and my mum, sister and I were made to feel so valued throughout the whole experience. All of the ladies at Love Story are all just so friendly and made me feel so welcome. After choosing my dress, the communication from Love Story Bridal was faultless and you kept in touch with me throughout all appointments which was so helpful with planning dress fittings in with hair/make-up trials!
I’d also like to thank Vicky for her incredible knowledge and dressing room chit-chat – I got a LOT of great wedding advice from you and you were just so kind to me and my mum throughout (as I know we pestered you with a lot of questions!). You also had the great idea of making little black flowers from the off-cuts of my dress to sew on to my daughter Alice’s and honestly that just MADE her dress. I wasn’t keen on a lot of the flower girls dresses out there but this little addition made her dress so unique to our wedding – I can’t thank you enough for it.
On my wedding day my dress was just perfect, it fit me so well and all of Vicky’s advice on how to get it on in the easiest way possible really helped me feel relaxed in making sure I had it fitted to me right! I received so many compliments on my dress and how unique it was – it made the wedding one to remember and reflected my personality perfectly!
The team at Love Story are all so down to earth and you all made my experience of wedding dress shopping one to never forget!
